Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. During the course of hearing, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition on the ground that respondent Police have referred the signatures to a hand writing expert.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
