THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3497 of 2015 ORDER:

The plaintiff in O.S. No.28/2005 on the file of the Court of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Tadepalligudem, West Godavari District, is the petitioner herein. She filed the said suit for declaration of her right of life interest and possession on the plaint schedule property as per Codicil dated 14.01.1994 and for consequential relief. In the said suit, defendant No.1 filed I.A.No.1121/2010 to send the disputed Codicil dated 14.01.1994 to the Expert for examination. The said application was allowed by the trial Court, by order dated 04.06.2015. Challenging the same, the present Civil Revision Petition was filed. At the time of taking up the present Civil Revision Petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after passing of the order in I.A. No.1121/2010, the document was sent to Expert and the Expert submitted his report also.

In view of the said submission, no further orders are necessary in the present Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
