Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

The petitioner had filed a Revision Petition before the 2nd respondent on 12.02.2016 challenging the order dated 01.02.2016 in Rc.No.A4/763/2016 passed by the 3rd respondent under the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Act, 1977. The petitioner had also filed stay application in the said Revision on the same day. The grievance of the petitioner is that the 2nd respondent has not passed any orders either in the stay application or in the Revision and there is immediate threat of dispossession.
3. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that respondent No.2 will dispose of the Revision Petition filed by the petitioner within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to dispose of the Revision Petition filed on 12.02.2016 before him within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to the petitioner, in accordance with law. Till the Revision Petition is disposed of by the 2nd respondent, the order dated 01.02.2016 in Rc.No.A4/763/2016 of respondent No.3 shall stand suspended. There shall be no order as to costs.
5. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
