This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in calling the petitioner to the police station without any complaint against him as illegal and arbitrary. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that three cases are registered against the petitioners i.e. in Cr.No.195 of 2013, Cr.No.351 of 2014 and Cr.No.832 of 2015 on the file of Raidurgam Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate and charge sheets have been filed and the petitioner is facing trial. Except that no other cases are received as of now. It is stated that wife of the petitioner, who is the 3rd respondent gave a complaint before Deputy Commissioner of police stating that her husband, who is the petitioner has been sending whatsapp messages and face book messages harassing her and saying that he obtained divorce. The said complaint was sent to the 3rd respondent. As of now, the petitioner was not summoned to the police station as alleged.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 13-04-2018 Nvl
