THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.12199 OF 2016 ORDER:

In this writ petition, petitioner alleges that the appeal, in which the petitioner is a respondent, being ROR Appeal No.A2/3558/2011 preferred in the year 2011 before the 3rd respondent, is not being disposed of by the 3rd respondent even though more than four years have elapsed since then.

2) Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents submits that the 3rd respondent will decide the said appeal within two months and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

3) Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to decide the above appeal within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after hearing the appellant therein as well as the petitioner herein and communicate his decision thereon to the writ petitioner.

4) Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
