The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not paying the arrears of salaries and salaries to the petitioners as per the statements submitted by the management of the S.B.N.R.M. Aided Primary Schools in RC.No.19/ 2013, dated 20.09.2013 and also the present salary till date i.e., 22.10.2013, as illegal and arbitrary.

Today, at the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented that arrears have been paid to the petitioners and hence no further orders are required in the present writ petition. The same is not seriously disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.

In view of the above submission, no further orders need be passed in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
