This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by petitioners/ accused seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.110 of 2017 on the file of the Central Crime Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 468 I.P.C.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Public Prosecutor representing the State and Sri D.Srinivas, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent.

Undisputedly, the petitioners state that they are appearing before the investigating officer pursuant to the notice and cooperating for investigation. Once such is the case, there is nothing to interdict the investigation, but for, left open all the defences, leave about the privilege is available to invoke bail before the appropriate Court of law.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
