THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE NO.3213 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and Cr.P.C.

challenging the docket order, dated 28-11-2016 in Crl.M.P.No.2230 of 2016 in C.F.R.No.3064 of 2016 on the file of the Judl. Magistrate of I Class, Jadcherla. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. Permission is accorded. 3.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
