The learned counsel for the petitioner brings on record, letter dated 01.11.2022 addressed to the Registrar (Judicial), High Court for the State of Telangana, at Hyderabad, seeking the permission of the Court for withdrawal of the present writ petition.

Permission is accorded.

Taking into consideration the contents of the letter dated 01.11.2022, duly considering the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand dismissed.
