Subhash Reddy) It is represented that pending the revision petition and appeal, the Arbitral Tribunal has passed an Award and in view of the same, the subject matter of the revision petition and the appeal has become infructuous. Recording the same, without going into merits of the matter, the revision petition and the appeal are dismissed as infructuous. However, it is left open to the petitioner/appellant to question the Award by raising all grounds.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the revision petition and the appeal, shall stand closed. No costs.
