HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.20660 OF 2007 ORDER:

This Court granted interim orders on 23-02-2010 directing the 1st respondent to take necessary steps to instruct the 2nd respondent to conduct survey and put permanent boundary stone marks in Sy.No.108/1 situated at Akhanpally Village, Maheswaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. In view of the same, no further orders are required in the writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of interim order. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
