THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.18400 of 2007 ORDER:

Petitioner filed the present Writ Petition seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the employment notification issued by the Superintending Engineer (Operation), APCPDCL, Sanga Reddy for recruitment of Junior Linemen is in violation of Para II (7) (iv) of the terms and conditions of Employment Notification and adopting age as the Criteria for selection of Contract Junior Lineman as illegal, unreasonable, arbitrary, and unconstitutional and consequently to direct the Superintending Engineer (Operation), APCPDCL, Sanga Reddy to abide by Para II (7) (iv) of Employment Notification for "Contract Junior Linemen" and pass such other orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed letter dated 08.02.2016 in the Registry requesting to list the matter before the Court under the caption 'for withdrawal' and a submission to that effect has also been made in the Court today. Permission is accorded.

3. Accordingly this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
