THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No.22205 OF 2019 ORDER:

Aggrieved by the inaction of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in considering the representations of the petitioners dated 11.01.2018, 28.06.2019 and 24.07.2019, the present writ petition is filed.

It is the case of the petitioners that though the petitioners submitted aforesaid representations to respondent Nos.2 to 4 to take action against respondent No.5 for his unauthorized constructions on the public road, blocking the ingress and egress of the petitioners' property, respondent Nos.2 to 4 did not take any action.

Upon instructions, Sri N.Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, submits that already, the officials of GHMC visited the site and appropriate legal action has been initiated against respondent No.5.

In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of directing the official respondents to consider the representations of the petitioners and dispose of the same, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
