Heard the counsel for petitioners, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondents.

The petitioners have filed this Writ Petition stating that they had applied for issuance of both pattadar pass book and title deeds in respect of their land in Dharbagudem Village, Jeelugumilli Mandal, West Godavari District, but the respondents have issued only pattadar pass books and have not issued title deeds.

The 3rd respondent has filed a counter stating that after filing the Writ Petition, the title deeds were issued to petitioners on 16.02.2016.

This fact is not disputed by the counsel for petitioners. 5.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
