Learned counsel for the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 & 2 is present. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana on behalf of respondent No.1 would represent that the Investigating Officer has filed a report referring the crime as "Lack of Evidence" and requested the learned Magistrate to close the crime.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.
