THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.19003 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Chatla Madhu, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC. When the matter is taken up, written instructions, furnished by the GHMC, are placed on record by the learned Standing Counsel. According to the said instructions, on a representation given by the petitioner herein against the fifth respondent herein, the respondent-GHMC initiated action by stopping the construction totally and the necessary photographs, taken at the time of inspection, are placed on record.

By placing the above instructions on record, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent-GHMC to take action, strictly in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
