I.A.No.1 of 2022 This petition is filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court by order dated 26.10.2021 in Crl.P.No.7702 of 2021, whereby the petitioner/A3 was directed to appear before the Investigating Officer on 3rd Saturday of every month between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm, till completion of investigation and filing of the charge sheet. Learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Ch. Venkat Raman, submits that the petitioner is appearing before the police and due to his business, it has become very difficult to comply with the said condition. He submits that the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the investigation and hence, the said condition may be relaxed.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation is pending.

Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is appearing before the Investigating Officer, this Court deems it appropriate to relax the said condition. However, as the investigation is pending, if the presence of the petitioner is required for the purpose of investigation, the police concerned shall issue notice to him, and on receipt of such notice, he shall appear before the police.

Accordingly, I.A., is ordered.
