THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.28817 of 2011 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner in this case was that the police authorities were not completing the investigation in Crime No.55 of 2011 on the file of Kandukur Rural Police Station, Prakasham District. Relying on the written instructions dated 06.07.2015 received from the Station House Officer, Kandukur Rural Police Station, Prakasham District, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home informed this Court that Crime No.55 of 2011 was registered under Section 379 I.P.C., on the file of Kandukur Rural Police Station. The petitioner seems to have filed a private complaint before the learned Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kandukur, which was forwarded to the police authorities. Upon due investigation, the police filed a charge sheet in relation to this crime before the competent criminal Court on 17.11.2014.

In the light of the aforestated developments, the allegation of the petitioner as to the inaction of the police authorities in relation to Crime No.55 of 2011 on the file of Kandukur Rural Police Station, is shown to be without basis.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
