THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.8202 OF 2014 ORDER:
There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The prayer sought in the Writ Petition is as under:- "...to issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction, declaring the inaction of the respondents 1 and 2 in not taking action on the complaint dated 10.03.2014 and 22.02.2014 given to them by the petitioner, as illegal and contrary to law and consequently, direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take action on the said complaints in accordance with law and pass orders which are necessary and deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case."
Learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2 brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.303 of 2014 was registered. After investigation, the crime was closed as lack of evidence on 15.12.2014.
In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the Writ Petition and the Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
