In this Writ Petition the petitioners are expressing distrust against the official respondents in investigating into FIR.No.199 of 2015 on the file of Pahadisharif P.S.

Mr. S.Ram Mohan, Assistant Government Pleader, on the weightage of the written instructions dated 28.7.2015 furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Pahadisharif Police Station, submits that the allegations against the official respondents are made only under an apprehension. After complying with the requirements of Section 41-A Cr.P.C., all the accused A1 to A13 were arrested on 3.7.2015. Investigation is yet to be completed and charge sheet is yet to be filed.

Since the instructions were furnished on 28.7.2015, 3rd respondent is directed to complete the investigation, if not already completed, and file the charge sheet if not already filed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is dismissed, accordingly.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
