This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 1 to 4 in the awarding the contract in favour of the 5th respondent vide agreement dt.1908-2011 pursuant to the tender notification in No.E5/122(26)2011-RM:KR, dt.16-05-2011 with irrational, illegal, discriminatory and in violation of principles of natural justice, Article 14, 21 and 19(1)(g) of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to issue fresh notification to the Karimnagar Bus Station on par with the qualifying parameters as followed for selection of bidders elsewhere in the State by cancelling the agreement entered into by and between the respondents herein." At the hearing, Mr.
Lakshmaiah, learned counsel, representing Mr. D.V. Chalapathi Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.
