This petition is filed, seeking for quash of the proceedings against the petitioner, who is A2, in Crime No.378 of 2009 on the file of Nizamabad rural Police Station, Nizamabad.

The offences alleged against the petitioner are under Sections 417, 418, 420, 423, 427, 120(b) and 406 IPC.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor, appearing for the 1st respondent. None appears for the 2nd respondent in spite of notice.

The Public Prosecutor files a memo stating that the case was referred as Civil in Nature on 15.01.2016 and a final report was filed before the court of II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nizamabad.

Hence, in view of the above, no further orders are required.

Recording the said above, the Criminal Petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
