This criminal revision case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.PC challenging the order dated 21.11.2012 in Crl.M.P. No.3373 of 2012 in C.C. No.478 of 2008 on the file of the Court of VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Hayathnagar.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing of the criminal revision case has become infructuous. The submission is recorded.

3. Accordingly, the criminal revision case is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal revision case, shall stand closed.
