HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.19073 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he is the absolute owner and possessor of the agricultural land to an extent of 0.25 guntas in Sy.No.482/6/A, Katha No.1245 situated at Jankampet Village Shivar, Yedpally Mandal, Nizamabad District having purchased the same through registered sale deed dated 03.06.2015 vide document No.4182/2015. While so, the petitioner made an application through online on 14.11.2015 by enclosing required particulars and documents before the 4th respondent for mutation of his name in the revenue records. As no orders are passed, the petitioner made another application on 30.01.2016 to the 2nd respondent and the 2nd respondent vide letter dated 27.02.2016 directed the respondents 3 and 4 to enquire into the matter and take necessary action. But no action has been initiated by the respondents 3 and 4. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

Since it is stated that the 4th respondent is the competent authority for mutation of the names in the revenue records, it is for him to take appropriate action.

In view of the same, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 20-06-2016 dv
