ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the auction notice issued by the first respondent for sale of properties covered under Item Nos.5 to 8 of the auction notice belong to the petitioner scheduled to be held on 31.03.2012 situated at Nuchumilli Village, Mandavalli Mandal, Krishna District as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, contrary to the provisions of A.P.Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 and the Rules made thereunder."

At the hearing, it is represented by Sri P.Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 30.03.2012, shall stand vacated and W.P.M.P.No.11373 of 2012 shall

stand disposed of as infructuous.
