THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.6047 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Crime No.447 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Malkajgiri Police Station, Ranga Reddy District registered for the offence punishable under Sections 448, 509 and 504 read with 34 IPC.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana. 3.

At the time of hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that after completion of investigation, the investigating agency filed charge sheet before the concerned Court.

In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the purpose of filing the present criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
