This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ accused seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.350 of 2018 of Madhapur (Guttala) Police Station, Cyberabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 420 and 493 of IPC.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 02.04.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing respondent No.1-State would submit that the subject case was compromised before the Lok-Adalat on 11.10.2018.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
