HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.14018 of 2013 ORDER :

When the matter came up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners represents that the investigating officer already filed charge sheet and the same was numbered as C.C. No.179 of 2014 and the matter become infructuous as no cause survives.

2) In the result, the petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition impugning the charge sheet proceedings with part II case diary and other material, if any.

3) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
