THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.2726 of 2011 ORDER:

This civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioner/defendant assailing the order dated 13.06.2011 of the learned Junior Civil Judge, Nidadovole passed in IA.no.296 of 2011 in OS.no.702 of 2008 whereunder and whereby the above-said IA filed by the defendant under Section 63 and 76 of the Indian Evidence Act seeking permission to exhibit the Photostat copy of a certificate dated 02.03.2006 through DW2 was dismissed.

As per the note of the Registry, it appears that the suit itself was disposed of on 06.03.2013. Therefore, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
