This contempt case was instituted alleging wilful disobedience to the order dated 08.03.2018 passed in W.P.No.6713 of 2018. 3.

Though the matter is appearing under the caption 'for appearance', we find from the record that Sri K.V.Simhadri, learned counsel for the petitioners, addressed letter dated 01.04.2019 to the Registry stating that the matter was settled and the property in question was already delivered to the bank on 27.03.2019.

In the light of this development, the cause in this contempt case no longer survives.

The contempt case is accordingly closed. I.A.No.1 of 2019 shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
