This criminal petition is filed by accused Nos.1 and 2, under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., to grant pre arrest bail in Crime No.282 of 2014 on the file of the Station House Officer, Jadcherla Police Station, Mahabubnagar.

At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that during the pendency of this criminal petition, the petitioners were arrested. In view of the same, the matter has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.
