The petitioner prays for Mandamus declaring the Inaction of respondents 1 and 2 in registering the complaint dated 19.08.2013, as illegal and arbitrary.

The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that complaint is not acknowledged or received by respondent No.2.

Keeping in view the age of petitioner, instead of dismissing the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of by giving liberty to petitioner to re-submit complaint by enclosing a copy of this order within two weeks from today.

The 2nd respondent examines complaint and acts in accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
