It is represented by Mr. T.D.Dayal, appearing for the petitioner as party-in-person, that in pursuance of order, dated 01.12.2015, in Writ Petition No.36289 of 2015, the respondents have demolished the illegal structures raised over the petitioner's plot and that therefore, the cause in the Contempt Case does not survive for adjudication.
