THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Writ Petition No.44946 of 2016 ORDER:
The writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the official respondents, particularly the 3rd respondent in not providing police aid to the life and property of the petitioner, on his report/representation dated 05-12-2016 in order to secure compliance of the order of interim injunction dated 30-03-2015 in I.A.No.341 of 2015 in O.S.No.246 of 2015 by the learned I Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct respondents 2 to 4 to provide police aid to the life as well as the property of the petitioner.
Heard and perused the material.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner made a representation dated 05-12-2016 to secure the compliance of the order stated above, the respondents 2 to 4 are not providing police protection and as such, he seeks a direction to the respondents 2 to 4 to give police protection to the petitioner and his property. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 05-12-2016 submitted by the petitioner and provide police protection to the life and property of the petitioner if the fourth respondent is of the view that there is any necessity to provide police protection.
