This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the 5th respondent, Sub-Inspector of Police, to act in accordance with law and not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioners and the 6th respondent in respect of property bearing No.13-1-209/1, Plot No.14, Balaji Swarnapuri Colony, Motinagar, Hyderagad in the light of the order of the Court in I.A. No.1 of 2019 in CMA. No.816 of 2019 dated 19.09.2019.

Heard the learned counsel Sri Vedula Srinivas appearing for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the official respondents and perused the material placed on record. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submitted that except in connection with FIR.No.766 of 2018 dated 16.10.2018 registered against the petitioners under Sections 448, 427 and 506 IPC, wherein the first petitioner was arrayed as accused No.1, the 5th respondent authority is not in interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioners and the 6th respondent.

In that view of the matter, recording the said submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 5th respondent authority not to interfere in the civil dispute pending between the petitioners and the 6th respondent, except in accordance with law. However, the 5th respondent is permitted to carry on with the investigation and secure the presence of the accused, if required, in connection with the FIR No.766 of 2018 dated 16.10.2018.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
