PONDENTS Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ or direction, more particularly a Writ in the nature of Mandamus declaring the in-action of the respondent no. 2 to 5 to take action against the illegal constructions made by the respondents no.6 to 7 pursuant to the representation dt 06.03.2026, 20.03.2026 and 22.4.2026 over the schedule property

i.e. on Sy.No.121 Parl, and Sy.No.126 Part, situated at Mankhal Village of Maheshwaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondent no.2 to 5 to take action against the illegal constructions made by the respondents no.6 to 7 pursuant to the representation dt 06.03.2026, 20.03.2026 and 22.4,2026 in respect of schedule property i.e. on Sy.No.12'l Part, and Sy.No.'126 Part, situated at Mankhal Village of Maheshwaram Mandal, Ranela Reddy District ll.

Learned standing counsel for the respondents No'4 and 5 submitted that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition' show cause notice dated 27 '06'2026 has been issued to the owner/occupier of the property in Sy'Nos'121 and 126 ' Mankhal Village, Shamshabad, to show cause as to why the unauthorized I t constructionofTinShed/SteelstructureinG+2floorsshallnotbe \ t

removed and if not explanation is offered, appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law.

Recording the aforesaid submission, without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.4 to complete the enquiry pursuant to the show cause notice dated 27.06.2026, by affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, the respondents No.6 and 7 and other interested persons and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As this order is passed without entering into the merits of the case, notice to the respondents No.6 and 7 is dispensed with. However. if the respondents No.6 and 7 are aggrieved by this order, they are at liberty to approach this court seeking modification of the order. The miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as costs.
