The learned counsel for the appellant would submit that since the subject suit in O.S.No.112 of 2013 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Khammam, was disposed of, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal, which is filed challenging interlocutory order passed in the said suit.

Recording the said submission, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal, shall stand closed.
