THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.5909 OF 2005
O R D E R
This writ petition was filed assailing the proceedings dated 08.01.2005 of the Joint Registrar/District Cooperative Officer, Vizianagaram, and the consequential proceedings dated 19.01.2005 of the Vizianagaram Co-operative Urban Bank Limited, Vizianagaram. By the proceedings dated 08.01.2005, the Registrar/District Cooperative Officer, Vizianagaram, directed that the petitioner should be placed under suspension for a period of three months from 10.01.2005. Pursuant thereto, the Vizianagaram Co-operative Urban Bank Limited, Vizianagaram, issued proceedings dated 19.01.2005 placing the petitioner, who was on medical leave, under suspension with effect from 10.01.2005 for three months.
No interim orders were granted by this Court interdicting the operation of the impugned proceedings.
In that view of the matter, the impugned proceedings have worked themselves out as the suspension effected thereunder was only for a period of three months.
The writ petition is therefore infructuous and is accordingly dismissed as such. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
