HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 1383 OF 2015 ORDER:

At the admission stage, the following order is passed. Having regard to the prima facie accusation contained in the FIR, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. However, having regard to the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the accused filed a civil suit O.S.No. 1106 of 2014 on the file of First Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, against the present de-facto complainant and as a counter blast a false case is foisted against him, the Police of Afzalgunj Police Station, Hyderabad, are directed not to arrest the petitioner/A1 during the course of investigation. The petitioner/A1 shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
