When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Ghanta Sridhar, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. He also made an endorsement on the petition to that effect.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently, the interim order granted by this Court on 04.04.2014 stands vacated. Miscellaneous petitions pending in this petition, if any, shall stand closed.
