HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND THE HON'BLE MS.JUSTICE J. UMA DEVI WRIT PETITION No.18983 OF 2018 ORDER: (per V. Ramasubramanian, J) The petitioners have come up with the above writ petition seeking a Mandamus, aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the 1st respondent in releasing a property allegedly belonging to the 1st petitioner, and which is now in his custody in terms of the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Court of Wards Act, 1350 F.
2. Heard Mr. S. Ganesh, learned Counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Sharath Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader for the State of Telangana.
3. It appears that the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration has issued the memo in Ref.No.NA2/95/2012, dated 27.08.2018, posting the hearing of the application of the petitioners on 01.09.2018 at 11.00 a.m. In other words, the 1st respondent has now taken up the application of the petitioners for disposal and hence, the petitioners cannot have any more grievance about the inaction.
4. Hence, leaving it open to the petitioners to appear on 01.09.2018 before the 1st respondent and directing the 1st respondent to hear all concerned parties and dispose of the application filed by the
petitioners within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, this writ petition is disposed of.
