THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.7676 OF 2016 O R D E R :

Petitioner had made an application on 07.12.2015 for mutation of his name and that of his family members to the 2nd respondent, but the 2nd respondent is not passing any orders on the said application.

2. The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will consider and pass orders on the petitioner's application within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

3. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's application dt.07.12.2015 within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereof to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
