Sri Vijay Kumar Herur, learned counsel representing Sri Yogesh Kumar Herur, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks leave to withdraw this criminal petition reserving liberty to the petitioners to take appropriate measures in relation to Calendar Case No.1609 of 2018 on the file of the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, registered on the strength of the charge sheet filed in Crime No.215 of 2018 on the file of the Moinabad Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate. Leave granted.

The criminal petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
