Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for School Education appearing for respondents 1 to 4.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for School Education, on instructions submits that the respondents 1 to 4 have not received any application from the 5th respondent for setting up of High School in the name of Prathibha High School in Plot No.93, Hemanagar, Boduppal village, Medchal, Malkajgiri District.

In view of the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for School Education, the writ petition is premature and same is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
