THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY SECOND APPEAL No.1158 of 1999 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed, under Section 100 CPC, assailing the judgment and decree dated 04.08.1999 in A.S.No.25 of 1994 on the file of District Court, Medak at Sangareddy, wherein whereby the decree and judgment dated 08.06.1994 passed in O.S.No.25 of 1989 on the file of District Munsif Court, Narayanakhed, was partly allowed.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.

Permission as sought for is accorded.
