This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 02.03.2016 passed in I.A.No.92 of 2014 in O.S.No.750 of 2011 on the file of the Court of XXIV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, at Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
