THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.252 OF 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short "Cr.P.C.") to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Crime No.91 of 2016 of Neradigonda Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 307, 384, 323 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner was enlarged on bail by Judicial First Class Magistrate, Boath, Adilabad District. Since the petitioner was already enlarged on bail, the cause in the petition does not survive any further for adjudication. In the result, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
