ORDER
In this Writ Petition, the petitioner is challenging the proceedings dt.15.02.2022 whereby the petitioner has been suspended from service with immediate effect.

Leamed counsel for the petitioner, Sri Rajagopallavan Tayi, I submits that the petitioner has already submitted his explanation to the I show-cause notice dt.03.03.2022, but the respondents have not taken any decision thereon and the petitioner is continued under suspension. 3.
Leamed Govemment Pleader for Services-Ill representing the respondents submits that since six months have lapsed after the date of suspension, the case of the petitioner will be reviewed under G.O.Ms.No.86 dt.08.03. 1 994.

Having regard to the above contentions and with the consent of both pafiies, this.Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.3 to review the suspension order of the petitioner in terms of G.O.Ms.No.86 dt.08.03.1994 and take a decision thereon in accordance
) W.P.No.28975 of 2022 with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy ofthis order.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs. 6.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this Writ petition shall stand closed.
