THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.148 of 2015 ORDER:

This contempt case was instituted alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 26.08.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.30616 of 2014 in W.P.No.24444 of 2014. However, the said order was clarified subsequently by this Court by order dated 31.08.2015 passed in W.P.M.P.No.35393 of 2015 in W.P.No.24444 of 2014.

In the light of the subsequent clarification, willful disobedience, if any, would have to be in relation to the subsequent order which clarified the earlier order.

The contempt case is accordingly dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to file fresh proceedings, if so advised, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
