Petitioner challenges panchanama dated 19.10.2016 on various jurisdictional facts and legal grounds.

Learned counsel for petitioner having regard to the representation dated 25.10.2016 made to second respondent requests the Court to direct second respondent to consider the prayers of petitioner for interim custody or such other relief and pass appropriate orders expeditiously. To bring home the urgency in the matter for expeditious disposal, learned counsel draws the attention of the Court to the goods seized by respondents.

Hence, the second respondent is directed to pass orders on representation dated 25.10.2016 within one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Petitioner is given liberty to communicate copy of this order along with the representation for timely disposal. The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
